Returns & Exchanges
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of Ferdinand garments. If your piece isn’t entirely to your satisfaction, we accept returns on eligible items in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
- Return Window: Requests must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery.
- Condition: Items must be completely unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all Ferdinand tags intact.
- Processing & Shipping: Per standard policy, return shipping is managed by the client, and approved returns are subject to a standard regulatory processing fee (up to 5%)
