Returns & Cancellations Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, subject to the conditions below and applicable consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging where possible. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved by us before being sent back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to change of mind, wrong size selection, or any reason not caused by Ferdinand, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our side, Ferdinand will take responsibility for the return or replacement process in accordance with applicable law.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any other external charges are non-refundable, unless required by law or unless the return is due to an error by Ferdinand.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate the case and make it right.

Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our products, exchanges may not always be available.

If you need a different size or item, please contact us and we will do our best to assist, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Sale items may be non-returnable unless required otherwise by applicable law.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law.
