Ferdinand Collection ships from Israel to selected destinations worldwide.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends, holidays, and exceptional circumstances.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using postal services or another available shipping provider, depending on the destination and service availability.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

International Shipping, Customs and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

If you refuse to pay customs, taxes, or import fees and the package is returned to us, any refund may be reduced by the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs fees, handling fees, or any other costs incurred, subject to applicable law.
Delivery Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Ferdinand Collection is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to collect, or unpaid customs/import charges, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
